Imagine yourself in a world without water. The Colorado River can no longer feed the Hoover Dam.  Life, as we know it, competes for what little water resources remain.  The L.A. water project through Bishop and down to the ‘Cascades’ in North Los Angeles looks like Child’s Play compared to the projects conceived in such a world.

This documentary (short, only seven minutes) follows the hypothetical: “What would a world without water be like?” It’s a unique perspective into environment, culture, and ecology.
